Thank you for taking time to review our qualifications. Hunt Energy Services is an independent energy consulting firm with more than 80 years of combined energy experience. We focus on the Texas electricity and natural gas markets as well as CO2 capture, beneficial usage and sequestration of CO2.  We unlock value for our clients using our experience and proven energy management concepts. 

We monitor changes in the energy markets so that our clients can engage with reliable, financially sound, competitive energy providers. We are unbiased and not affiliated with any REP’s, but we maintain relationships with the major suppliers in the Texas market so that we can help our clients understand the myriad of electricity supply options and select the best supplier. We also assist clients in the analysis of their energy usage to determine if they are using energy efficiently and if anomalies are noted, we assist in resolving issues found.

We provide consulting services to industrial clients that are interested in reducing their CO2 footprint.  Successful projects include support of the Petra Nova CCS project near Richmond, Texas which at completion was the largest CO2 capture facility in the world.  We are currently supporting the Minnkota Power Tundra CCS Project which is currently in development in North Dakota.
